I’ve Built a Rapid SRM Skills Test – Fancy Giving It a Go?
Lately, I’ve been diving deep into the skills that really matter for the future. Things like adaptability (AQ), empathy, and trust. You know, the kind of qualities that won’t suddenly be slapped with a Trump-era tariff…. well, the effects may stress test the quality of those skills!
The more I read, live and breathe this amazing field of work, the more I realise these human capabilities are essential to building stronger supplier relationships and leading with confidence in uncertain times. Often, they are hard to measure.
So—I built something for you. A rapid SRM skills test that only takes a few minutes to complete.
It’s a developing tool but let me explain how it works…..
There are 15 quick questions to complete which are technical.
Once you have completed the rapid assessment, I will send you a 2 page quick report, with a benchmark against other Supplier Relationship & Contract Managers from the SRM Tribe readership! I will give it a few days to gather some responses from you, then send out. I will also do a SRM Tribe readers report, which maybe an interesting read.
The test covers core SRM skills, but I’ve also woven in future-focused capabilities—like organisational influence, systems thinking, and resilience —to help you reflect on your current role, strengths, and where you might want to grow.
